We know how terrible it can feel to break a screen, pay to have it fixed & only have it break before we get it home. At KBA, we want to build a company that looks like the one we would hope for if we were the customer. So if you got your phone fixed with us and it broke within 7 days of the repair, just swing in to any store to have it replaced under warranty.
